What Do You Charge For Shipping?We currently offer domestic shipping via USPS with tracking for a flat rate of $4.95 with a delivery estimate of 2-3 days, and international shipping via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $14 with a delivery estimate of 6-10 days.
Free Shipping is provided for customers placing an order of over $100 (in merchandise). If an order is not deliverable to the address provided and is refused or returned to sender, the customer is responsible for original flat fee, plus any additional shipping costs to resend the package. International customers are responsible for any customs duties incurred in the destination country. Please assess these costs with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as Paypal. Orders are sent out within two business days.
South Carolina State residents must pay state sales tax, which will automatically be added to sales being shipped within the state. Rates vary by county.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Our vintage jewelry and accessories are handpicked from antiques shows, auctions and flea markets all around the country. We do our best to select things that are in good to excellent condition. Occasionally we even come across old stock pieces that still have original tags and have never been worn, and if this is the case it is so indicated in the description. We do not buy or sell anything that we feel is not in “good” (as a light patina or other only slight signs of wear) to “excellent” (no visible signs of wear or age) condition. We go to great lengths to ensure that both the photos and description of each item in our curated “one-of-a-kind” vintage collection accurately represent the piece you are purchasing. For this reason, we do not accept returns on vintage items. However, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and if for some reason you are not, email us your concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Vintage Inspired Collection is carefully crafted in the U.S.A. with only the highest quality standards. We stand behind these pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your item, please contact us at email@example.com with your concerns and we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days of your original purchase.
Once an order has been delivered to the address entered by the customer at checkout and we have proof of delivery, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. The customer must contact their local postal service to locate any packages showing delivered to the address provided. Refunds will not be issued unless the recovered merchandise is returned to us.
Will My Customer Information Stay Safe?Protecting your information is our priority. We will only use the contact information collected to consult with you (via email or telephone) on your orders if necessary, or to occasionally keep you up to date about new products and other Candy Shop Vintage happenings. If at any time you want to stop hearing from us, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email you receive from us. We will only share your delivery address with necessary shipping companies. Can You Donate A Piece To My Charity Or Event?Candy Shop Vintage loves to give! We frequently donate to charity auctions and events, particularly in the Charleston Area. However, we are still a small business and due to the increasing volume of requests, we are not able to accommodate everyone. If you are a 501c3 organization and are seeking a donation for an event with attendance greater than 300 people, please fill out a contact form with the name of your organization and a brief description of your event. We require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to process your request. Thank you for you understanding!
Can I Use Images From Your Website For My Blog, Facebook Page, Etc.?We love when our jewelry and photos are posted on blogs, shared on Facebook, Pintrest and wherever else you want to post it - we want you to share!
