About The Designer

Candy Shop Vintage was founded in 2009 by designer Deirdre Zahl, whose ten years of experience working in fashion and design in New York informed her thoughtful curation of a vintage jewelry collection. Pieces from her rotating collection of vintage jewelry have been featured in magazines, on various national blogs end even on the hit show MAD MEN. Candy Shop Vintagealso contributes regularly as a vendor to One Kings Lane's Vintage & Market Finds.

After years of collecting and selling vintage, Deirdre also designed and launchedThe Candy Shop Collection, her own vintage inspired jewelry line. The Collection is also sold at specialty events, select retail boutiques and debuted at trunk shows at Bloomingdale's and at Henri Bendel in New York. Deirdre lives in Charleston, SC, with her husband John and daughter Daphne.
